She’s a ‘red head’ that will steel your heart! This explosive and fiery red diva finds her origin in the Andes of Bolivia and Argentina. She loves warmth and in is in her element when she’s in half shade. Let her light up your fire.

Plant care
The Begonia is an easy-care plant. It will need extra feeding during the spring to produce an abundance of flowers over a longer period. In winter and spring, all it requires is watering once a week. When warmer weather arrives, however, you will need to keep the plant soil humid. It should be planted in well-draining soil, but make sure this stays a little moist. Begonia loves some care and attention; removing its spent
flowers from time to time will result in even more enchanting flowers!

The Begonia will thrive in either full sun or partial shade. It can be left outdoors during the winter but will not tolerate
freezing temperatures. A small greenhouse or patio would be a perfect location. If you want to enjoy its enchanting flowers indoors, be sure that it receives plenty of sunlight by placing it in front of a window. Enough light will ensure new flowers next spring!

Season
The Begonia will be covered in flowers from April to July. If you bring your Begonia indoors before the first frost, it can produce its enchanting flowers until Christmas. Later, after the risk of frost has passed, it can go back outside.
